Hi, my name is Charlene! I have always struggled with gaining and maintaining weight, but in the past 9 months I have finally been able to gain weight and grow my glutes.
After my transformation pic was shared by a fitness blog, countless women with the same issues as myself reached out to me for advice regarding their own weight gain journey. This inspired me to create my weight gaining & booty building guide, so that I can help others start to achieve the results I doubted I'd ever see.
Developed with the help and knowledge of a certified personal trainer, this guide outlines what has worked for me so far in my booty building journey. It shares some of meals that helped me achieve my caloric goals, my strategies in building discipline and appetite in the kitchen, as well as an eight-week exercise routine that jump started my booty transformation.
